Zucchini & Tomatoes with Feta Cheese


Ingredients:

 1 Zucchini

200 grams Feta cheese

Salt

Pepper

Olive oil

Tomatoes

Basil

Preparation: 

  1. Zucchinis should always be harvested before they become too large. (max. 20 cm length)
  2. Slice the zucchini lengthwise into thin strips and then steam at 100 degrees for about 1 minute. (I use the perforated container for this)
  3. Meanwhile, dice the feta cheese (as many cubes as zucchini strips) and season with salt and pepper. 
  4. Wrap the feta cheese with the zucchini strips and drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Put everything back in the steamer and steam at 100 degrees for 3 minutes. 
  6. Meanwhile, slice the tomatoes and arrange them on plates with basil. The finished zucchini - feta cheese rolls are placed on top. 

White bread goes perfectly with it.
