Zucchini & Tomatoes with Feta Cheese
Ingredients:
1 Zucchini
200 grams Feta cheese
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil
Tomatoes
Basil
Preparation:
- Zucchinis should always be harvested before they become too large. (max. 20 cm length)
- Slice the zucchini lengthwise into thin strips and then steam at 100 degrees for about 1 minute. (I use the perforated container for this)
- Meanwhile, dice the feta cheese (as many cubes as zucchini strips) and season with salt and pepper.
- Wrap the feta cheese with the zucchini strips and drizzle with olive oil.
- Put everything back in the steamer and steam at 100 degrees for 3 minutes.
- Meanwhile, slice the tomatoes and arrange them on plates with basil. The finished zucchini - feta cheese rolls are placed on top.
White bread goes perfectly with it.
