Baked Tomatoes with Feta Cheese in the Steamer
Ingredients:
4 large tomatoes
1 clove of garlic
Salt
Pepper
Basil
100 g feta cheese
Preparation:
- Wash and halve the tomatoes. Then place the tomatoes cut side up on a perforated tray.
- Press the garlic clove through a garlic press or chop finely, add salt, pepper, and basil, and mix with the diced feta cheese.
- Fill this mixture into the tomatoes.
- Steam the tomatoes at 100 degrees for about 4 minutes and serve as a starter.
White bread goes perfectly with it. Meaty tomatoes are not so suitable, as they are already well filled with tomato flesh inside.
